Hey! I’m Gideon Ezekiel, a saxophonist based in Abuja, Nigeria. I’ve been playing for over 12 years now, and honestly, I still feel as excited about the sax as I did on day one. I’m completely self-taught — I’ve spent crazy hours practicing (I once did 12 hours straight!), and it’s been an amazing journey. Over the years, I’ve played at tons of live events and even had the chance to do saxophone voicing on Joeboy’s song “Normally.” I also helped start Worship Therapy and Street Worship Jazz, both focused on using music as a way to heal, worship, and connect with people. I studied Quantity Surveying at university, but music has always been my heartbeat. Along the way, I also picked up skills in music production, recording, mixing and mastering all self-taught too. I have a teaching experience of 2 years. I started with basic music theory, and then broadened my area with piano, drums and guitar. I do not have a specific level to teach. I can teach from beginner to advanced levels. For me, age does not matter in learning. Any person can contact me easily and be confident that learing is a great thing. I also produce and listen to music a lot. With that, while teaching, I am also learning, and improving every day. I listen to, and make different kinds of genres of music. I do not have a favorite one. This being the reason, I am open to teach any kind of genre that people would like to learn. My teaching methods are both theoretical and practical. With both ways it is possible to improve. One of the the most important things is, what the person who wants to learn wants. I am open to different techniques. Discipline and hardwork is a requirement to me. With a solid mentality of learning and practice, the possibilites and the room for improvement are a lot more. I am currently studying my Master's Degree, so I have flexible working hours. I am available more than 20 hours a week. I have all the required technical equipments. I hope that we will be having a great time together folks!

Virgilio Volante (Cassino, 1999) is a pianist, composer, and teacher. He studied with Giovanni Valle, Carlo Negroni, and Silvia Limongelli, graduating with honors and special mention with both the Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Piano from the Conservatories of Frosinone and Milan, and obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in Composition with honors under the guidance of Maestro Riccardo Santoboni. He pursued advanced studies at the Accademia Chigiana in Siena, the Pinerolo Academy, and the International Piano Academy of Imola, working with internationally renowned musicians such as Lilya Zilberstein, Pavel Gililov, Boris Petrushansky, Ingrid Fliter, and Igor Roma, as well as attending masterclasses with Enrico Pieranunzi, Bruno Tommaso, Barry Harris, and Ivan Fedele. He is a prizewinner of numerous national and international competitions, including the UK International Music Competition (First Absolute Prize), the Erik Satie International Music Competition (Platinum Award), and the Franz Liszt Center International Piano Competition. He has performed in major venues in Italy and abroad, collaborating with institutions such as the Accademia Filarmonica Romana, IUC, Piano City Milano and Napoli, and Atina Jazz. For many years he has been actively involved in teaching, offering piano and composition lessons at all levels—from beginners and amateurs to professional training—successfully preparing numerous students for exams and Conservatory entrance auditions. Alongside his teaching activity, he maintains an intense career as a pianist, composer, and collaborative pianist. His compositions are published by Valle Giovanni Edizioni Musicali.
