Are you looking to become a proficient English speaker? Then I’m the right teacher for you. My name is Teacher Robert. I am a certified TEFL online English teacher. I also have a PG Diploma in Management Practice from the University of Cape Town. Teaching English is my passion. I have 25 years of teaching experience, spanning both high school and corporate levels. However, I have online teaching experience of almost three years. I strive to enable my students to communicate fluently in the English language. The English language has become the most important international language. Therefore, learning it can create a lot of opportunities for you personally and globally. Learning English by non-English speakers can be a tedious and stressful process. However, I would like to create an interactive, knowledgeable, and comfortable learning environment for my students. I strive to teach with patience, empathy, and understanding. I embrace each lesson with an open mind. You must feel free to participate and make mistakes, because making mistakes is part of the learning process. In my classes, I take a student-centred approach. I focus on grammar skills, conversational skills, comprehension skills, vocabulary enhancement, and pronunciation. All these will help you become a proficient English speaker. I will help you to gain confidence in learning and speaking English.
