Hello! I’m a native American English speaker with 8 years of professional experience in healthcare and emergency communications. I specialize in helping adults build practical English skills for the workplace, professional communication, job interviews, and everyday conversations. My background as a pharmacy technician and 911 emergency call taker has given me extensive experience communicating clearly, professionally, and calmly in situations where accuracy matters. I’ve also studied anatomy and physiology, medical office assisting, medical billing and coding, and engineering-related subjects. My lessons are relaxed, practical, and personalized to your goals. We can focus on workplace English, professional vocabulary, interview preparation, pronunciation, or building confidence in conversation. I especially enjoy helping working professionals communicate more naturally and effectively in real-world situations. My goal is for you to leave each lesson with useful English that you can actually apply outside the classroom.
