Emanuele
Hi! I'm Emanuele. I'm an Italian composer, pianist, and musicologist with over 15 years of experience. After graduating in Italy, I received my Doctor of Musical Arts at the University of Toronto (one of the top universities in the world).
My music has been performed internationally by several performers, ensembles, and orchestras. As a pianist, I have been active both as a soloist and accompanist/collaborator for singers, instrumentalists, ensembles and choirs in public and private concerts and events, and TV programmes.
I've been teaching for more than 10 years to people of any level and age, from young kids to adults, from beginners to University students. I have been a teacher in private schools and a Teaching Assistant at the Federico II University of Naples (Italy) and the University of Toronto.
I can teach Composition, Music Theory, Piano, Music History, Orchestration, and Arrangement.
In my experience as a teacher, I have always let the students be free to express their inner self and their individuality through music. I tailor every lesson plan to the student, recognizing that each individual has specific and different needs, always aiming at the best way to make them passionate about what they do and learn. After all, music is one of the greatest and most enthralling forms of artistic expression, and passion gives substance and motivation to the learning process. The decision to study music allows for personal growth and is beneficial for the body, intellect, and soul. It would be an honour to guide you through this learning path and enrich your knowledge and sensibility with new and undiscovered skills!
