It’s really what a person wants when learning and practicing a foreign language. That’s what I did to learn foreign languages, and it works great! TEACHING MATERIALS: We’ll use online materials, such as videos and photos, or even short reading and listening texts that we’ll discuss together in a friendly conversation. I also have a nice collection of online sources for English grammar and vocabulary exercises, and we can use those to help you enrich your language skills. TOPICS: Everything is selected and targeted to your skill level and subject interest: if you want to study Business English, the materials will be business oriented; if you’re more interested in traveling, that will be our focus, etc. STYLE: As we talk, I’ll notice where you need added help, and I’ll present a grammar or vocabulary exercise to work on together. Then, you’ll be able to integrate what you learned into our next conversations, and you’ll get better and better with every day! We’ll take your English practice as far as you want to go with it: either just as conversation, or by discussing and analyzing academic texts together.
