About me

Hi there! My name is Zoli and I’m a CELTA qualified English teacher. I’ve been teaching English for three years through one-to-lessons in Bristol in the United Kingdom. Originally I am from Hungary, but I‘ve lived in the UK for fifteen years now. The idea of my classes is to develop your confidence. So you would know exactly what you are doing when you’re expressing yourself using the English language. I’d like you to know why to choose a certain expression, vocabulary or structure, how to use it correctly and what does it really mean when someone hears it from you. When you know what you are doing, it shows and that is what I would like to help you with. We achieve this by lesson materials personally prepared for you, based on your interests, your work or your studies. We will focus on those parts where you need improvement the most, through examples relevant for you, so you could learn things that help you the most with your personal goals. I am a very patient and understanding teacher, I know it can be intimidating when you have to speak another language while you also have to concentrate on your non language related performance as well. I’ve been there myself, I understand.
