Tus Media, S.L. by assigning its services to the same customer profile (students and companies) as teachers and teaching centres, will collaborate professionally between them for which it will be necessary to exchange personal data contained in their respective records of processing activities, in such a way that both parties are co-owners of the aforementioned data, holding in this case teachers, teaching centres and Tus Media the function of TREATMENT CORRESPONSIBLES.

The use of the Personal Data will only be conditioned in the context of the use of Tus Media's Platform. In the event that the teacher and/or teaching centre processes the student's Personal Data for activities other than those contemplated in the commercial relationship between Tus Media and the teacher and/or teaching centre, the teacher and/or teaching centre will be solely responsible for processing the aforementioned personal data, and Tus Media will be exempt from any responsibility.

2. Personal Data

Personal Data refers to any information or data that can identify you directly or indirectly. It may also include unique numeric identifiers such as your computer's IP address, as well as the information we obtain through cookies.

This Privacy Policy covers all Personal Data collected and used by Tus Media.

The user (you, student, teacher, company or teaching centre) hereby guarantees that the Personal Data provided are true and accurate and undertakes to notify any change or modification thereof. Any loss or damage caused to the Platform, to the Controller or to any third party through the communication of erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete information in the Platform forms will be the sole responsibility of the user.

In addition, Tus Media also uses information derived from your use of the Platform in aggregate form to implement improvements in the operation of the Platform and to provide you with recommendations that may be of your interest.

The provision of Personal Data requires a minimum age of 14 years or, where appropriate, have sufficient legal capacity to contract.

The Personal Data requested are necessary to manage your requests and/or provide you with the services you may contract, so if you do not provide them to us, we will not be able to attend you correctly or provide you with the service you have requested. 5. "Virtual campus" service

The Virtual Campus is a space that is part of the Tus Media Platform, through which the community of users of Tus Media, teachers, students and schools, exchange information and documents of an educational nature. This facilitates the correct training of the student and a quick contact access between students and teachers.

Purpose: Keep in mind that the Personal Data you have on this virtual campus may be consulted and processed by Tus Media in order to monitor the service, control its quality, improve loyalty, send recommendations or personalized content or even improvements within the system.

6. Sending emails

The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank's servers and are subsequently verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse.

9. Preservationof your Personal Data

We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as we need it for the purpose for which we treat it or for as long as it is legally required to do so.

Any person may withdraw their consent at any time, when it has been given for the processing of their data. In any case, the withdrawal of this consent does condition the execution of the subscription contract or the relations generated previously.

Request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
