About me

I am an MSc Exercise Physiologist, competitive track and field athlete, and experienced athletics and gymnastics coach. My background combines scientific knowledge with practical experience in sports performance, strength and conditioning, sprint training, exercise physiology, and athlete monitoring. I have worked both as an athlete and as a coach, which allows me to explain training concepts from both practical and scientific perspectives. My lessons are adapted to each student’s level, from beginners to advanced athletes and sport science students. I can help you understand exercise physiology, training principles, sprint performance, strength development, fitness programming, and evidence-based methods for improving athletic performance
