Mi viaje en el running empezó hace 14 años, enfrentando desafíos y superando obstáculos. Gracias al deporte y a un estilo de vida saludable, he conseguido salir de un bucle muy dañino. Esta experiencia ha sido la chispa que me ha impulsado a inspirar a otros a alcanzar sus objetivos y a mejorar su calidad de vida. "En cada kilómetro, descubrimos nuestra fuerza interior". Esta frase la considero muy cierta, pues no importa lo rápido que corras o los km que hagas, lo importante es ponerse las zapatillas y dejar que tu cuerpo y tu mente se expresen libremente con este deporte. Mi objetivo es acompañarte a conseguir tu meta, ya sea correr un primer 5k, mejorar tiempos y/o alcanzar maratones.
