Hello I am Faiza, currently an MS student of International Business Management from Sapienza University of Rome. Well honestly, I’m a dreamer with hyper-optimistic goals. A philanthropist as a human, a change-maker as a person, a social activist as a citizen and an entrepreneur by profession. I have proudly represented my country on national and global forums, including platforms like Model United Nations, declamation contests and other educational platforms including Dubai Knowledge Village, Valparaiso, and Harvard University, USA. Well I have always been passionate to make an impact in the lives of young individuals that was the reason why even while being a student myself I had been engaged in activities that could actually make some difference. During my Bachelor’s degree, I realized that the job market is getting so saturated while the unemployment rate is so high. After a comprehensive research while taking on board the field experts we collectively got a conclusion that the graduates are not up-to the mark since the employability skills are not being inculcated among the young students hence they are jobless too. This thought-provoking situation has convinced me to initiate my own startup that could empower the youth with the most demanded and highly required skills in the practical job market and in the professional industry. I along with my team have identified personality skills including The Art of Self-Awareness, Emotional Intelligence, Problem Resolving, CV writing, Interview skill, Networking, Communication & Presentation and majorly Entrepreneurship skill as our main focus and began training young students on these domains through field experts and mentors. While incubated at the National Incubation Center (NIC), Islamabad, my platform was successfully able to train more than 400 candidates before they entered the professional markets. I have volunteered for countless trainings so I can’t stress enough how much I love teaching and training not just to earn but to actually inspire students for a lifetime.
