Hello! I am Ángel Barat, professor of Musical Composition and Piano. I graduated in Piano and Composition at the Conservatorio Superior de Música "Salvador Seguí" in Castellón. I have a Master in Teacher Training from the CEU Cardenal Herrera University in Valencia, a Master in Composition for Audiovisual Media from the Centro Superior de Música "Katarina Gurska" in Madrid, and a Master in Composition from Kent State University in Ohio (USA). I have more than 5 years of teaching experience, adapting my classes to the individual needs of each student. My methodological approach is individualized, and I guarantee that you will get the best possible results after receiving my classes. Whatever your starting level is, or whatever level you want to reach, with me you will achieve any result you desire.

My piano classes are structured so that students work on the most important aspects of training as a pianist and are tailored to the needs of the student. I give great importance to developing self motivation in a relaxed environment that encourages creative flow throughout the learning process. Repertoire is agreed with the student and adapted to the style of music preferred, together with student needs and objectives. Learn how to play the piano effortlessly and to express what you have inside! I aim to cater to the tastes and needs of students in an open and individual way and have a Yamaha grand piano that students can enjoy playing on when face to face classes are again possible.
