Hi, I'm Tracy and I am in the United States. I am a professional singer and Music appreciation teacher. I also teach voice lessons. I have sang in front of thousands of people Live and worked with some very talented musicians, collaborated with producers and songwriters. I have over 10 years of Live Performance experience and I have been teaching singing for about 4 years. One of my specialties is Vocal Jazz and Improvisation have experience performing in front of audiences, collaborating with producers and working with bands. I have been singing for 30+ years. I am a professional singer with years of live performance experience from big band to dou. I also have knowledge on Alexander Technique and will show you how to sing with full body and no tension. I will listen to your voice and analyze, from moment to moment, what is going right and wrong in your technique. I’ll propose exercises likely to produce immediate improvements in the functioning of your vocal mechanism. In your lessons, we’ll follow what is happening in each moment, as the results of each exercise suggest how we might proceed with vocal experimentation. Every lesson is different and unpredictable—in a word, fun! I love vocal jazz and the stylistic freedoms it gives. I have many years with Skat technique and Improvisations. Classes with teachers from Berklee and Bobby Mcferrin to learn to free the mind, body and spirit to bring the element of Improvisation to Jazz Technique. From Basic Improvisation to Advanced levels. I also love to sing the Blues. I will teach the fundamentals of being a great BLues singer and teach you the fundamentals of Blues Music and Singing. Music is a Universal language and Blues was the foundation. In my Music Appreciation class: Each week in this ongoing class, we will listen to, discuss and analyze a different form of music and at least one new composer. We will study the composers past, style of music and contributions to their art form. We will also consider why that style of music was popular at the time and how it influenced future composers or genres of music. You are welcome to join any week that interests you or stay with us for several weeks to gain a broader understanding of music appreciation. Below is a list of composers that we will study for several weeks. That list will continuously be updated so you know what we will be studying and choose classes that most interest you.
