Vaanmathi Balamurali, I have a track record of successful teaching and education reform, and has been teaching college students over 10 years. Grew up in a family of highly educated people which inspired me to take on tutoring and mentoring roles as early as 20 years of age. At the early age i was known as registered dietician throughout the community. Won the distinguished educational scholar award for my dedication and commitment to mentoring while still maintaining the academic status within the top 10% of the graduating class. I attended Thaasim bheevi College a full academic degree where I majored in nutrition and dietetics for under graduation ,post graduation and master of philosophy . Served as the chairperson of the college which connected the students to foster strong relationships among themselves. Was a driving force for the students to continue their higher studies at the same college acting as an inspiration . Joined AFC group of institutions where i started taking a variety of subjects. For the past fifteen years i have taught different students where i have headed many efforts to expand the curriculum to engage the students at different competencies. Have headed After college Teach me ,Teach you program where students were given a safe space to study and tutor one another in different subjects. The program has won acclaim throughout the community and multiple other colleges started following the same in their colleges following in footsteps and creating similar programs in their colleges. I feel this is the perfect role for me as im always interested in bringing up children into responsible adults for the community imposing different abilities within them and making them know their worth always.Although I find this to be challenging i feel that I can withold this at any circumstances as I have my son whom i see everyday to be growing up. I have established myself as global presence and influencer.
