My name is Hlumela, but you can call me Mela 😊 I’m a friendly, patient, and enthusiastic English tutor from South Africa with over 2 years of experience teaching students from different backgrounds and levels. I hold a TEFL/TESOL certification and a degree in Mechanical Engineering, where I achieved a distinction in Communication Studies. I later became a Communication Studies tutor and was selected as a Mechanical Engineering mentor, which strengthened my ability to explain concepts clearly, support students step by step, and build confidence in learning.
