I will turn you into a rockstar in no time! My classes are targeted to the thing you enjoy the most about music. I’ll first show you how to fall in love with your instrument. Once you've fallen in love with it, I'll give you all the details, techniques and theory you need to progress at maximum speed! You'll grab your guitar whenever you feel like it and play your favorite songs perfectly like the original or in your style. You will know how to improvise alone or with other musicians. You know all the basic chords and scales at your fingertips and you can string them together quickly! Does that sound good to you? Great teacher!

Very good teacher. If you want to learn piano, Dougie is the best.

He was very flexible and agile with timing arrangements, which was awesome. I booked 2 piano lessons for my daughters, who loved it and want to continue, which is all the proof! I am thinking of learning myself! His technique is very different and instills love for the instrument and hones a musicians' instincts, which is very different from all the teachers I have come across, which tend to drill and eek out all the love for music. Highly recomm ... ended!

Dougie has a very fun approach to learning the guitar. He teaches music theory in a practical way that allows you to take what you hear in your head and play it. He doesn't over complicate the theory. He gives you targeted lessons to fit what you want and gives you room to explore while your learning.

The guy is brilliant. Very pragmatical, honest and he clearly gives a lot of weight to having fun while learning. I'm so looking forward to continuing our path. Highly recommended, a solid teacher.
