Over the past 3 years, I have had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed researchers such as Prof. Mehdi Seraj and Prof. Husseyin at Near East University. Working alongside these experts has sharpened my research skills and provided me with invaluable insights into conducting rigorous academic studies. My research interests lie in gender economics, where I investigate the influence of gender on economic behavior, decision-making, and outcomes. By exploring gender disparities in employment, wages, and access to financial resources, I aim to contribute to a better understanding of the underlying factors perpetuating economic inequalities.
