My name is Vasilis :) I was born and raised in Greece (Native Greek Speaker) in a very small rural village in the Peloponnese region (I would love to tell you all about it haha!) 😛
I am currently in my last semester at my University, soon to be a certified teacher of the English Language!
As a language learner myself, I know how scary and frustrating it can be to get into the process of learning or speaking a language which might not be native to you. Exactly for that reason, I am here to provide a safe, inclusive and supportive space where you can practice, without the fear of making mistakes - mistakes are more than welcome!🫂
I have an undying passion for teaching for as long as I can remember - and now I'm here to help you gain confidence and enjoy learning :)
I offer relaxed, conversation - based lessons to you - whether you're taking your first steps towards learning Greek 🇬🇷 or may want to improve your fluency, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary or even everyday speaking skills!😌
In my lessons I tend to include some grammar ( I know it sounds boring but it can truly be made fun ), some vocabulary and also writing - a holistic approach which I have found works best.
As an avid enjoyer of academics, I really enjoy helping people with more academically inclined goals. Whether it be academic essay writing ( I love writing essays ) or having a certain certificate in mind, I would love to work on that - at your own pace.
