Hallo! Ich heiße Svetlana und unterrichte Russisch als Fremdsprache. Ich habe eine 350-stündige Weiterbildung im Bereich „Methodik des Russischen als Fremdsprache“ erfolgreich abgeschlossen und ein entsprechendes Zertifikat erhalten.
Ich unterrichte Erwachsene und Kinder – sowohl Anfänger als auch Lernende, die bereits Russischkenntnisse haben. Mein Unterricht wird individuell an das Sprachniveau, die Ziele und die Interessen jedes Schülers angepasst.
Im Unterricht arbeiten wir an Aussprache, Wortschatz und Grammatik, lesen Texte und üben das Sprechen. Dabei verwende ich Dialoge, Bilder und praktische Übungen aus Alltagssituationen. Anfänger lernen Schritt für Schritt die Grundlagen der russischen Sprache, während wir bei fortgeschritteneren Schülern besonders darauf achten, vorhandene Kenntnisse zu erweitern und mehr Sicherheit beim Sprechen zu entwickeln.
Mir ist eine freundliche und entspannte Lernatmosphäre wichtig, in der man ohne Angst vor Fehlern lernen kann. Mein Ziel ist es, Russisch verständlich und interessant zu vermitteln und jeden Schüler auf seinem individuellen Lernweg zu unterstützen.

I believe that learning a language should be practical, engaging, and focused on communication. Having learned English as a second language myself, I know firsthand that reaching an advanced level is absolutely possible. I earned a PhD from a U.S. university and spent eight years in the United States working full-time as a researcher and educator in English. In addition, I completed TEFL training and use contemporary, research-informed teaching methods that help students make steady, lasting progress.
I believe that the best results come when students develop the skills to keep learning independently, so I share practical tools and strategies you can use outside our lessons as well.
I am particularly well suited to work with Russian-speaking students and speakers of other Slavic languages. As a native Russian speaker with a PhD in Slavic Studies, I understand the specific challenges that Slavic-language speakers face when learning English. I can identify common patterns of error, explain why they occur, and help students avoid them before they become habits.
