Hello! My name is Barry and I’m from Scotland. I’m a CELTA-trained English teacher with over 19 years of experience teaching students from many different countries. Most of my teaching career has been in Asia, and since 2017 I have also been teaching English online. My lessons focus on practical communication and clear explanations, helping students become more confident when speaking English. I adapt each lesson to the student’s goals so they can make steady progress in a relaxed and supportive environment. I work with learners at different levels and help them improve conversation skills, vocabulary, and professional communication such as Business English or job interviews.
