I have been into on line tutoring for the past five years. I teach Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting and Management Accounting. . So far, I have taught over 3 on line portals and am currently a registered on line tutor for two internationally renowned tutoring portal -- Chegg, USA and Preply, Spain. To date, I have taught over 300 lessons to students across the globe and 97% of my students believe that I am a good tutor. By qualification, I am an Associate Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from India. I have worked in five different industries for over 37 years now. An international tutoring portal such as yours caters to the international community of students. It is my firm belief that in a multicultural environment such as yours, I can fit most appropriately as I have worked for over sixteen years in five different countries. I keep my live lessons light. I use simple words laced with appropriate humor. Students feel comfortable enough to open up and no longer remain in doubt. Secondly, I explain the initial steps of any solution and then gently nudge the student to complete the rest of the steps.This method helps. As far as written lessons are concerned, I attach adequate working notes about assumptions, calculations and suitable references. I draw a lot from my industry experience and share the same with my students. Concepts learnt in books begin to make sense in real life situation. Finally, I continuously update my knowledge with the help of on line courses. In particular, I have learnt a lot about advance functions of Excel, Word and Power Point -- data visualization, graphs and charts, Pivot table and more.
