Hello! I am Michael Mwanza. I am a tefl certified english tutor with a bachelor's degree in Geology and Chemistry. I like to meet each student and make a learning plan together based on your goals as well as your strengths and weekeness. If you feel there is something we need to change that might help you learn better feel free to let me. I recommend setting milestones and doing progress checks after each milestone to ensure that you have a grasp of the language. Remember be as open as possible about goals and expectations in the first lesson because the less guessing I have to do the more beneficial the learning plans will be for you. I believe in using homework to reinforce the class learning as well as addressing the gaps and weaknesses seen during the lesson. I look forward to working with all of you so feel free to give me a try because I offer a safe environment where you can make mistakes so you dont make them I real life.

¡Hola! Soy Michael Mwanza. Soy un tutor de inglés certificado por tefl con una licenciatura en geología y química. Me gusta conocer a cada estudiante y hacer juntos un plan de aprendizaje basado en sus objetivos, así como en sus fortalezas y aptitudes. Si cree que hay algo que debemos cambiar que podría ayudarlo a aprender mejor, no dude en hacérmelo saber. Recomiendo establecer hitos y hacer verificaciones de progreso después de cada hito para asegurarse de que domina el idioma. Recuerde ser lo más abierto posible sobre las metas y expectativas en la primera lección porque mientras menos tenga que adivinar, más beneficiosos serán los planes de aprendizaje para usted. Creo en usar la tarea para reforzar el aprendizaje de la clase, así como abordar las lagunas y debilidades observadas durante la lección. Espero trabajar con todos ustedes, así que siéntanse libres de intentarlo porque ofrezco un ambiente seguro donde pueden cometer errores para que no los cometan en la vida real.
