Hello! I am Vivien, a native Chinese speaker and a professional certified Chinese teacher for speaker of other languages.I am fluent in Mandarin and English. I have more than 3 years of experience teaching Chinese online , and I am here to help you make Chinese learning easier and more effective! With a bachelor degree in Chinese linguistic and literature, a master degree on Economic journalism,I have nearly 20 years experience in the media industry before I became a Chinese teacher. In my spare time, I enjoy sports, reading and traveling, and I believe in the beauty of diversity, that's why I am passionate about teaching and connecting with people who come from all over the world, helping them to explore China through language learning. Usually I work with my students to make personalized plan tailored to their goals and current level of Chinese proficiency, from phonetic Pinyin and grammar to daily conversation and Chinese character. Additionally, I also offer specialized tutoring in various professional fields such as general business, international trade, mechanical, or medical etc. I always send my students after class notes for review and reinforce, it helps them make steady continuous progress! In addition,I emphasized the importance of using language appropriately in real life scenarios and I incorporate this into my one to one sessions.
