Hi, I’m Tommaso, an Italian classical pianist and piano teacher with a Cambridge C2 English qualification. I’ve lived and worked in Australia, Jersey and Estonia, using English in everyday life and professional settings. Learning languages is one of my main interests, and I enjoy both their sounds and the logic behind their grammar. I offer English lessons focused on conversation, pronunciation and practical grammar. Whether you want to feel more comfortable speaking, prepare for travel or understand spoken English better, we’ll choose activities that match your goals. We can use short texts, videos and conversations about subjects that interest you. I’ll note recurring difficulties while you speak, then we’ll work through them together. My almost twenty years of teaching piano have taught me to adapt explanations to each person and break difficult tasks into manageable steps. As someone who learned English myself, I also understand the effort involved.
