I create a shared document with each of my students to keep a detailed learning record, and I create audio files of the learning material to help students practice with correct pronunciation.
I use authentic reading and listening material, that matches the materials that students are likely to encounter in real-life, and the unique interests of each student. I incorporate regular practice and revision of previous learning, and I provide regular feedback to my students, and ask for feedback regularly to ensure an effective and enjoyable learning process.
