Hi everyone, my name is Tom and I am currently a part-time Chinese tutor and a uni student. I am a Malaysian Chinese. As citizens of Malaysia, we all learn at least three languages, namely Chinese, English and Malay.Technically , I am a Chinese Native speaker .As Chinese is one of the hardest languages to learn, Chinese requires great efforts in learning, because Chinese is an independent language branch without any language reference. Most of the languages are derived from Chinese. Korean and Japanese are the best references. Many words in Korean are adapted from Chinese, so their pronunciation will be very similar or even exactly the same. There are also many words in Japanese that are derived from Chinese. of. Therefore, learning Chinese takes more time than other languages, and teachers play an extremely important role. As a Chinese teacher, I can definitely guarantee to my students that they will benefit a lot from the process of learning Chinese. Nowadays ,Chinese and English have become the two most widely used languages in the world, thus learning Chinese is also a trend. Lastly, I hope students who read my description can join my Chinese course, and I will guide you well and yet my class is not boring at all!

While im living in China, I used to be an English teacher in an English institution, teaching students from three to 16 years old. My greatest interest is to eat food from all over the world. Since I have lived in different areas of China, if you are also interested in food, then in my class you will learn the characteristics of food in different regions of China, and I think everyone’s journey of learning is different , so I am very good at making 1-on-1 study plans for students individually,

I like to use lively and interesting teaching methods and rich and varied teaching resources to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve their language skills.
I also believe that learning a language is not just about learning grammar and vocabulary, but also about understanding the cultural background and social customs embedded in the language. Therefore, I will also integrate Chinese culture and traditions into my teaching, so that students can have a more comprehensive understanding of Chinese and China.

Hi, I'm Jenny and I've been teaching my native Mandarin for 15 years. I have taught in multiple schools with children of all ages and adults too, at all skill levels. I like to use lots of different methods to discover how each student learns best, whether it's as simple as flashcards or encouraging research into Chinese culture to better understand the fundamentals.
There are a number of different festivals in China and each represents something different and is celebrated differently depending on where in China you are. The biggest festival in China is the Spring Festival, otherwise known as Chinese New Year, and is usually a seven-day holiday. In South China, it's common to go to the flower market to buy peach blossoms to bring good luck for the next year. There will also be red envelopes hanging on top, again for good luck, and they will eat sticky rice (niangao). In North China, they celebrate by hanging calligraphy on red paper for good luck and setting off fireworks, and relatives will come together over dumplings before the New Year.
China covers a lot of area and there are 56 ethnic groups living there, each speaking their own dialect. As a native Mandarin speaker, I can teach not only how to read and write but also how to listen and speak with correct pronunciation in a standard accent.
