About me

I graduated in physical education from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul over five years ago. I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in movement science from the State University of Rio de Janeiro. I have experience teaching both personal training and group classes, as well as undergraduate courses in the areas of physical training, geriatrics and gerontology, biomechanics, and exercise and sports physiology. I also have practical experience in both in-person and online undergraduate and graduate courses. I teach in a relaxed and logical way, without memorization!
