About me

I am Serena, I have got 7 years of experience teaching languages, I used to teach in Australia, Rome and now in Barcelona where I live, I have been living in Spain for 10 years. I have a degree in Translation and Interpreting and I have recently ended a master degree in Computational Linguistics. I provide my students with all books they need, and I also create exercises for each student using the vocabulary they need to learn the most. I have also experience as a translator, interpreter and language data analyst in artificial intelligence (machine learning), I basically taught Italian to virtual assistants. I love theatre, movies, music and art in general and I often use them to teach, but I am also open to use any students interest, I actually always adapt my lessons to students’ goals, level and interests.
