About me

Hi! I'm Russell Shackleford. I am a fully CELTA qualified English teacher, with a degree in modern languages, with over 25 years experience teaching all levels and ages. I have been a certified Cambridge Assessment English Speaking Examiner since 1996 and have a wide range of experience preparing students for these exams. I like to organise my classes to suit the learner's needs and will happily lead you to your English speaking goals by being friendly, patient and supportive, explaining and exemplifying as we go, but most of all, encouraging you to get the most out of your own language skills as an independent user.
