Hello! Teacher Sandra here. I am your go-to teacher for in-depth lessons that leave you challenged and encouraged. I am a Business Management and Entrepreneurship graduate, and I hold a 120-hour TEFL certificate, a 30-hour teaching IELTS preparation certificate, a Virtual assistant skills certificate and I am pursuing a Diploma in Project management. I love cooking and run a successful food supplement company. I am a former Business development officer and also a sales and service consultant in the banking industry, a former human resources and finance manager for a non-profit organization. I have coupled all my academic and work experiences and channeled them into my teaching career. I have been teaching English online to both children and adults for more than 3 years and 9 months (April 2025). I have also been mentoring prospective English teachers. Not only has this been and enriching experience, but a rewarding and challenging one too. My witty sense of humor, passion, attention to detail and confident personality has helped my students to be comfortable around me, and to accept error-correction from me, gracefully. I thrive from seeing all my students improving in all their vital communication skills, learn grammar rules, and apply them daily. I use various methods to keep my classes engaging and fun. I love coloring, collecting stationery and taking long and slow hikes out in nature, and off course, shopping.
