Hi everyone! I am an English and Spanish teacher from Spain. I graduated at the University of Alcalá, where I obtained a solid knowledge in English Studies. I continued my education at the University of Leeds, in England, where I obtained my first Master's, in English Literature. This gave me the opportunity to get to know people from different cultures and backgrounds and made me aware of how important it is to learn a second language. I decided to study my second Master's in teaching Spanish as a second language in order to have the opportunity of teaching my language along with my culture to people who are willing to learn it. I have been learning several languages since childhood, and am therefore very aware of the needs of the students when learning a second language, as well as the appropriate methods, manuals, and activities that the teacher should follow in order to help their students succeed in their learning processes. Last year I obtained my third Master’s in Teaching English in Secondary Education. My teaching methods include activities related to art, literature and culture. My experiences living abroad have made me thrive as a learner and they have exposed me to different educational systems and ways of learning, and for this reason I am very enthusiastic about making my students confident language learners and well-prepared global citizens. I consider myself to be a very energetic and creative instructor! I have lived in Leeds (England), New York and Iowa! I can't wait to share with you all my experiences and knowledge!
