About me

Hello, my name is Nina. I'm studying English and German for primary school teaching at the PH Karlsruhe and have a certificate for teaching German as a foreign or second language (DaF/DaZ). I have 5 years of experience in teaching in the classroom in Germany and Ireland, additionally to 8 years of tutoring English and German from the age of 5 to 60. I'm passionate and motivated to help my students improve their language skills and reach their personal goals. My lessons are well structured and individually planned for each student. My style of teaching is very flexible and adjusts to the students individual needs and goals. This involves vocabulary practice, conversation, listening, reading, writing and grammar lessons. My lessons are interactive for my students to learn with fun. For students that plan on taking their GOETHE, TELC or TOEFL exam I help with preparations and specific practice tasks. I'm teaching English and German to all levels and age groups and if requested provide homework and specific tasks and practice exams for their specific needs.
