Soy Profesora de Educación Física, Entrenadora de Gimnasia Artítistica (12 años de experiencia) y Magíster en Entrenamiento Deportivo con Diplomado en Psicomotricidad Educativa, Instructora de Hatha Yoga.. Me dedico a impartir clases de entrenamiento orientado principalmente a la promoción del Bienestar y la Salud !! Mi método de enseñanza se basa en acordar una clase con el aprendiz. Luego de conocernos y saber el objetivo que éste quiere cumplir, planifico la sesión por tiempo y grupo de ejercicios.

I am a Physical Education Teacher, Artistic Gymnastics Coach (12 years of experience) and Master in Sports Training with a Diploma in Educational Psychomotricity, Hatha Yoga Instructor. I am dedicated to teaching training classes mainly oriented to the promotion of Well-being and Health !!
My teaching method is based on agreeing on a class with the student. After getting to know each other and determining the student's desired goal, I plan the session by time and exercise group.
