Her rates are fair, and I really appreciate that she's always on time and rarely cancels classes. What I love most is her cool accent – it adds a fun twist to the lessons, and she's got this great sense of humor that makes learning English way less boring. Being from Japan, I was worried about language barriers, but Kylla's patience has made a huge difference. She breaks down the English stuff in a way that makes sense to me. Plus, she's so outgoing and friendly, creating a really chill vibe in our classes. I've been learning with Kylla for over a year now and every lesson I look forward to because she makes it fun and light. I was really intimidated to learn English at first because of judgement but it's not like that with her. I recommend her to everyone.

• How do I pay for the lesson?

At the time you select a lesson or package of hours, you will make the payment through our virtual payment service. You have two options:

- Paypal
Once the payment is settled, we'll send you an e-mail with the booking confirmation.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?

The class is done through classgap’s virtual classroom. Classgap was developed specifically for educational purposes, including many useful features such as: digital whiteboard, online text editor, webcam, screen sharing and many more. View virtual classroom
