About me

Hello! First I'll tell you a bit about where I come from. I am a final year student in Physics at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. I graduated with honours in the Technological Sciences Baccalaureate with an average grade of 9,98. I have a high level of English, especially applied to scientific-technological language, which I consider necessary to deal with the subjects I teach in bilingual schools. I was the winner of the interactive science modules competition organised by the Principia centre in Malaga in 2014. Training courses I have taken: - Coaching Skills for Learner-Centred Conversations, issued by Imperial College London. - Leaders of Learning, issued by Harvard University. - Introduction to Data Wise: A Collaborative Process to Improve Learning & Teaching, issued by Harvard University. And now, talking about the dynamics of the classes I teach. Throughout my academic career, I have always had a passion for making my colleagues not only learn, but also enjoy subjects such as Physics and Mathematics, so that they would lose the common fear that exists towards them. I have been able to transfer this experience to the world of private tutoring for the last two years. I especially like to focus on getting to know the student, understanding what their academic and personal limitations are, and from there to develop a progressive learning plan that consists of approaching each problem in such a way that the student feels that at the end they have mastered the subject, producing in them a great sense of satisfaction and peace of mind in the face of the upcoming tests. I believe that the quality of a teacher is measured not only by their academic and communication skills, but also by their ability to empathise with the student to the point where they consider the student's goals to be their own.

• Can I modify a booking?

Yes, something unexpected can always happen, so you can change the time or day of the lesson. You can do it from your personal area in "Scheduled lessons" through the option "Change date".

• Where are the lessons held?
