Hello! I’m Ian, from Bogotá, Colombia 🌎. I’m an English teacher with a different approach from traditional classes. Instead of focusing heavily on memorizing grammar rules, my goal is to help students learn the language "more naturally and practically", similar to how native speakers develop fluency. 👽 🎬 In my lessons, we analyze videos, movies, and real English content, which helps students understand how the language is actually used in everyday situations. From there, we practice speaking and writing, building confidence, comprehension, and the ability to communicate naturally. Other things about me are that I’m passionate about astronomy and science-related topics ☄️, and I also love movies. I’ve been a semi-professional chess player for several years ♟️. My classes are ideal for people who want to **use English in real life**, understand authentic content, and become more comfortable expressing themselves.
