Hi.I'm Asjad a mechancial engineer from National Univeristy of Sciences & Technology Pakistan.I am applyling for this job because i believe that keeping knowledge to yourself is not a good thing so i always try to spread with others because others can have benefit from your knowledge.I also explained engineering concepts to my class mates whenever we did group study together, that was the point which made me confident that i am able to teach people especailly maths and physics courses. My friends also encouraged me to teach other people when they observed my teaching skills.i keep a friendly environment in my teaching period,everyone is allowed to question 😊 and i like those people that ask questions ; not they only clear their doubts but if i cant clear their question then i will have increase in knowledge by answering a tricky qustion.Also i always like to relate the course work with the practical examples to enhance he learning experience .and also for weak students i arrange different periods for them so that they can clear their concepts and improve themselves
