About me

Hi! My name is Ana and I've a degree in Translation from the University of Granada. I have spent several years living in different parts of the UK, first as a student at the University of Glasgow and later as a Spanish teaching assistant in two schools near Newcastle. I have also lived for some time in Toulouse, France, so I can speak French too. I have a Master's degree in teaching and I have worked as an English teacher at a school in Madrid, Spain. Besides, I have been working for years in the tourism sector, serving customers from various nationalities in English and French, and giving private lessons to students of different ages. Therefore, I can say that I have a lot of experience with people of different nationalities and, due to my interest in languages, I have helped several friends to learn Spanish. As for the classes, I like to use a flexible method, adapting the learning pace to each case, since each person has their own strengths and difficulties I also like to use online resources to make learning easier for students, from videos to games, trying to make the learing experience a more enjoyable one.
