Hi there! 🤗My name's Alejandra Acosta, I'm from Argentina and I've been teaching English for 22 years in person and for about 6 years online. I'm really passionate about language teaching and eager to explore new tools and methods that can make lessons more engaging. I'm flexible and detail-oriented, and I believe students should be given tools for self-improvement and self-monitoring. I consider that is key for students to grow aware of their own learning and for teachers to self evaluate their lessons. Then, even in a group class I can personalize my lessons by giving individual feedback, telling students their strengths and things to improve. Finally, I'm open to get constructive feedback on my practices which can contribute to improvement and professional growth.
