Hello, I'm Alan. When I was seven years old, I moved from Brazil to the United States and settled in a charming town called Beverly, Massachusetts. Growing up, I didn't have the luxury of the internet to assist me in learning English, so I had to navigate the language on my own. That's why I am passionate about teaching English now—I want to help others avoid the challenges I faced. Over the past twelve years, I have resided in Brazil, teaching English both online and at reputable language institutions called CCAA in Brazil and CCLS in various countries. At CCAA, I had the opportunity to guide advanced students preparing for the TOEFL exam, as well as assist others with day-to-day conversations. Additionally, I worked with a San Francisco-based online platform, connecting with students from across the globe. Most of my students there sought to enhance their conversational skills, excel in job interviews, or improve work-related tasks such as presentations.
