I hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Educational Administration and Planning and am a fully certified TEFL/TESOL educator. With over 6 years of experience in both physical classrooms and global online spaces, I have had the privilege of guiding and educating diverse learners from all over the world, including Japan, China, Ukraine, and Vietnam. Friendly, Constructive Correction In my class, mistakes are not failures; they are beautiful learning opportunities. I never use rigid or discouraging corrections. Instead, I use positive scaffolding, such as: "What a fantastic try! Let's build on that. How about we try phrasing it this way?" This builds incredible confidence, helping both young learners and busy professionals speak naturally and fluidly.
