I live in Cape Town, South Africa, the most beautiful city in the world. I have been working in the tourism, Food and Beverage industry for almost 20 years now. This gave me the opportunity to travel extensively and collaborate with international guests and colleagues. I love working with people and mostly end up as a training manager, mentor, and coach in every establishment I have ever worked. I am very patient and understanding. I understand that we have all different learning modes and unique experiences, which dictate the way we understand, retain, and assimilate information. It is always important to adapt your techniques to your student’s needs, and create a safe environment, where they can learn and grow. I am comfortable working with all ages.

Vivo a Cape Town, in Sud Africa, la città più bella del mondo. Lavoro nel settore del turismo, alimentare e delle bevande ormai da quasi 20 anni. Questo mi ha dato l'opportunità di viaggiare molto e di collaborare con ospiti e colleghi internazionali. Adoro lavorare con le persone e per lo più finisco per ricoprire il ruolo di responsabile della formazione, mentore e allenatore in ogni struttura in cui abbia mai lavorato.

Sono molto paziente e comprensivo. Capisco che abbiamo modalità di apprendimento diverse ed esperienze uniche, che determinano il modo in cui comprendiamo, conserviamo e assimiliamo le informazioni. È sempre importante adattare le tue tecniche alle esigenze dei tuoi studenti e creare un ambiente sicuro dove possano imparare e crescere. Mi trovo a mio agio a lavorare con tutte le età.
