Hello! I’m Jojie Mae Magbanua—an enthusiastic international English and Arts educator dedicated to creating dynamic, inclusive, and globally-minded learning experiences. With a Bachelor’s degree in Education from West Visayas State University in the Philippines and ongoing postgraduate studies in Early Childhood Education at Alison, U.K., I bring a strong academic foundation paired with rich global experience. Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching diverse learners across the U.K., Laos, the Philippines, Ukraine, Spain, Italy, Poland, Turkey, China, and Japan. These experiences have not only deepened my cultural perspective but have also inspired me to cultivate classrooms that celebrate diversity, curiosity, and critical thinking. Currently based in Laos, I serve as an International English Teacher and Head of the Foreign Department. My teaching portfolio includes English, IELTS preparation, MAPEH, Basic Math, and Science—subjects I approach with both rigor and creativity to ensure meaningful, confidence-building learning. I believe that true education goes beyond academic achievement—it’s about nurturing character, inspiring creativity, and igniting a lifelong love for learning.
