My name is Gerald, but you can call me Jhed. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English. I'm a Licensed Professional teacher for 10 years now. Currently, I'm on my way to completing my Master's Degree in English Language Education. I have been teaching English for 9 years, and 7 years in an online classroom where I taught different students around Asia, Latin America, and some European countries. There, I have learned from unique walks of life and tons of experiences. I have engaged myself to adjust to their levels, and these experiences are helpful for an educator to grow. I'm a public school English teacher to Junior High School students up to the present, a TESOL Certified. I have taught TOEFL, TOEIC, OPIc, IELTS, Daily Conversation, Grammar, Speaking, and many more to different students. I have taught the Filipino language to online students, too!
In teaching, I always make sure that patience and understanding are present. Kindness and humility are also key factors to a strong foundation that an educator can build in students' lives. Flexibility is a plus that I continue to apply in different contexts. And another thing is that being friendly.
I can be a friend to different students because I am a teacher who can adjust to students' levels, from beginner to proficient.
In learning a language, lesson planning is essential. Patience and understanding are spices to achieve one's goals.
In my class, I'll give you the chance to explore all possibilities for you to actualize your strengths and enrich them. Also, I'll lead you to improve all areas you're struggling with.
Lastly, it is indispensable to assess students' present proficiency level for me to adjust and provide the appropriate and accurate resolution.

Sono un insegnante professionista autorizzato da 6 anni. Attualmente sto per completare il mio Master in English Language Education. Nell'insegnamento mi assicuro sempre che siano presenti pazienza e comprensione. La gentilezza e l'umiltà sono anche fattori chiave per una solida base che un educatore può costruire nella vita degli studenti. La flessibilità è un plus che continuo ad applicare in diversi contesti. E un'altra cosa è essere amichevoli. Posso essere un amico di diversi studenti perché sono un insegnante che ha la competenza per adattarsi ai livelli degli studenti, dal principiante al esperto. Nell'apprendimento di una lingua, la pianificazione delle lezioni è essenziale. La pazienza e la comprensione sono spezie per raggiungere i propri obiettivi. Nella mia classe, ti darò la possibilità di esplorare tutte le possibilità per attualizzare i tuoi punti di forza e arricchirli. Inoltre, ti guiderò a migliorare tutte le aree in cui hai difficoltà. Infine, è indispensabile valutare l'attuale livello di competenza degli studenti per poter regolare e fornire la risoluzione appropriata e accurata.
