🙋🏻‍♀️ Hello! I’m Beth! I’m originally from the UK but I have been living in Spain for the past three years. I am truly passionate about the transformational power of language learning and I am delighted that you are considering me to be your English tutor! 🎓 I have over 10 years experience teaching a wide range of ages, from young children to adults. I am TESOL certified and a qualified Primary Teacher, with a Post-Graduate Certificate of Education. I also have a first-class degree from the University of Bath (UK) in Childhood, Youth and Education studies. 👂🏻My approach to language learning is highly personalised: I listen to your needs and monitor your progress closely, to carefully tailor each lesson to exactly what you need - whether you want to improve conversation and fluency, grammar, pronunciation, reading, writing — or you’re starting from zero and aren’t sure where to begin. 🤝 As someone currently learning Spanish and Italian myself, I understand the reality — and the overwhelm — of learning a language. I draw on my extensive training, professional experience and my first-hand perspective as a language learner to create lessons that are supportive, relevant and achievable. My classes are relaxed, supportive and highly interactive. I use visuals, real-life tasks, games, stories and multimedia resources to make every lesson feel engaging and memorable.
