Hello! I'm Mayank Sharma, an experienced coding instructor with over 7 years of teaching experience and a passion for helping students build confidence through technology. I've taught more than 1,000 students from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Singapore, South Korea, Ireland, and the UAE, working with learners aged 5 to 18 years.

Whether you're a complete beginner or already have some coding experience, I'll guide you step by step in a supportive and engaging environment. I believe students learn best by creating real projects rather than just following theory, so every lesson includes hands-on activities that make learning both fun and practical.
My areas of expertise include Scratch, Python, Roblox Game Development, Minecraft Coding, Mobile App Development, and introductory Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Throughout my career, I've also served as a Senior Analyst and Lead Coding Instructor, mentoring instructors, maintaining teaching quality, analyzing student progress, and helping improve learning experiences.
I organize my lessons around clear learning objectives, regular practice, and personalized feedback. I encourage students to ask questions, think creatively, and solve problems independently while providing guidance whenever they need it. My goal is not only to teach coding but also to develop logical thinking, creativity, confidence, and problem-solving skills that students can use in the future.
I'm proficient with a variety of online teaching and collaboration tools, including Zoom, Google Meet, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and coding platforms such as Scratch, Python IDEs, Roblox Studio, Minecraft Education, and mobile app development tools. I continuously explore new AI-powered educational tools to make my lessons more engaging and effective.
