Mitali Rawat, I am a Graduate Engineer Trainee with a strong academic foundation and a growing passion for teaching. I holds a degree in engineering, where i developed a deep interest in industrial automation, control systems, and software integration. My academic journey was marked by curiosity, discipline, and a drive to understand how complex systems work—qualities that continue to shape my professional and teaching approach today.
During my studies, iwas particularly drawn to subjects like SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming. These areas not only challenged me technically but also inspired me to explore how technology can be made more accessible and understandable to others. My hands-on experience with software platforms, system migrations, and real-time control environments has given her a practical edge that she brings into every learning interaction.
What truly sets me apart is her enthusiasm for teaching. Over time, she has discovered that she not only enjoys solving technical problems but also explaining them to others in a clear and engaging way. Whether it's helping a peer understand a difficult concept or guiding a junior engineer through a new tool, I find great satisfaction in making learning easier and more enjoyable for others.
I believe that teaching is not just about delivering information—it's about connecting with learners, understanding their unique needs, and adapting the approach to help them succeed. My teaching style is structured yet flexible, always focused on clarity, relevance, and practical application. I enjoy using real-world examples, visual aids, and interactive discussions to make technical topics more relatable and less intimidating.
I have experience conducting informal training sessions and mentoring peers, and i iam now looking to expand my teaching journey by reaching more learners. I am especially interested in supporting students and professionals who are new to industrial automation or looking to strengthen their understanding of control systems.
In every teaching opportunity, I brings not just knowledge, but also patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others grow. She sees teaching as a way to give back, to inspire confidence, and to build a stronger, more informed community of learners.
