Teacher Theko - Online STEM Educator Specialist in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and others I am Teacher Theko, an experienced and passionate online educatior with a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning Mathematics. My academic background and proffessioanal training empower me teach Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at Middle and High School Level. My teaching approach is rooted in constructivism methodology, specifically through a Polling Based Constructivism Model. This innovative strategy combines direct instruction with interactive learner engagement. I use polling devices to promote collaboration and critical thinking, enabling students to interact with each other and explore multiple-choice questions in real time. This method ensures that learning is student centered, participative, and dynamic. I follow up with formative assessment to track progress and provide continuous assessments, quizzes, tests and retests.
