As an adept teacher, I am organized, persistent and experienced in K-12 and adult teaching. Focused on a student centered environment with excellent communication and problem solving skills, I am trained in managing classroom dynamics while building relationships with parents and collaborating with other teachers and school administration to develop and implement school-wide initiatives in order to improve student outcomes. With focus on interactive and innovative learning styles to optimize distance learning experience, I am able to guide and supervise independent student learning while simultaneously providing age appropriate supplementary learning materials to improve intrinsic learning. I possess the right skill set and personality to become a respected representative of my prospective employer. I am committed to a set hours per week for a period of time agreed upon mutually with my employer. With more than 3 years experience and an accredited TESOL certificate with a 92% aggregate, I am prepared for learners' needs and preferences in order to create Individualized Educational Plans (IEP) to suit specific requirements. I am also experienced in nurturing and passionate childcare, helping children thrive and adopt effective learning strategies. With the ability to formulate lesson plans according to various learner levels while adapting and creating age appropriate materials, I am able to manage a clean and safe working environment to optimize student centered learning and participation
