Hello! My name is Ruud, I'm a born and raised Dutchman who moved to the USA for love in 2003 - and I'm still there. In the meantime, I have been able to keep my native Dutch language skills current and up-to-date, either by working with my overseas peers, communicating with my family, listening to Dutch radio and other audio content and watching Dutch TV programs and video content. No, I'm not a teacher and I do not pretend to be one, but I will be able to teach Dutch in a less formal manner which will help not only in understanding the basics in communication, but also feel more confident verbally which helps in tackling the grammar. Hola! Mi nombre es Alba, soy una chica de 27 años graduada por la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela en Comunicación Audiovisual. He estado trabajando en China durante dos años como profesora de inglés en guardería y centro de idiomas para niños de entre 5 y 14 años de edad. En España tengo más de cuatro años de experiencia impartiendo el idioma en academias de idiomas, a todas las edades y niveles. Tengo experiencia en preparación de exámenes oficiales (Cambridge, Oxford, Aptis, TOEFL, TRINITY...) y en inmersión lingüística desde edades muy tempranas (métodos TET y Callan, entre otros) así como clases para adultos tanto para mejorar las competencias generales del idioma como para especialización en negocios/legal/restauración...
