Greetings My name is Lerato Lephoi, I am a native English speaker from the beautiful south Africa I am a Northwest University final year student studying Bachelors degree in Education majoring with Life-sciences and history. I am passionate about teaching, because I believe I am a positive impact in learners life, to steer them to their greatest potential and academic development. As a teacher I believe each one teach one. I have an experience of being an assistant teacher, which educated me to be Educators' learners progress. I also believe that English makes it easy to communicate and avoid language and communication barrier, in education, at work or at home, thefore English as an important medium of instruction that I would greatly with passion like to teach. As a teacher I was trained to have different teaching methods and approach that accommodate different types of learners and their learning styles. I do not teach only to share knowledge, I teach to produce future pilots, business owners, doctors and the next English teachers.
